Where we ship from.

Vancouver, Canada.

Rates.

• North America: $35 USD flat. Tracking + signature on delivery.
• International: $60 USD flat. Tracking + signature on delivery.

Postcards and small prints typically ship via Etsy at Etsy's rates — see your Etsy receipt for those.

Transit times.

Originals ship within 3 business days of purchase. Commissions ship within 3 business days of completion. Transit is typically 3–7 days within North America, 7–14 days internationally. Customs can add time at the border.

Damage in transit.

If a piece arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with photos of the package and the painting. We'll replace it (originals: with another painting from the studio; commissions: by re-painting). Photos help us push the carrier.

Returns.

Originals and commissions are not returnable for change of mind — each is unique. If something is wrong with the piece you received, write to us and we'll make it right.

Customs & duties.

International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes assessed by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility. We declare honest values on customs forms.
