Hilda's World Canvas is operated by Hilda Lo, a single-person studio based in Vancouver, Canada. Questions: hilda@hildasworldcanvas.com.

What we collect.

• Email address — when you sign up for the postcards or contact us. Stored in Kit (ConvertKit).
• Order details — when you purchase an original or commission. Stored in Stripe and our database.
• Aggregate analytics — page views, referrers, country (no personal identifiers). Cloudflare Web Analytics.

What we don't collect.

No third-party trackers. No advertising pixels. No session recording. No cross-site profiling.

Your rights.

Email us anytime to access, correct, or delete your data. We'll do it within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from every email with one click.

Changes.

If we materially change this policy, we'll post the new version here and date it.
